Loads of mushroom

Our courses provide all the tools you need to gain access to a life long supply of fresh mushrooms. We will show the techniques that enable you to multiply and extend your grow the way you desire. By the end of the course you can clone and cultivate various types of mushrooms and repeat the lifecycle endlessly.

Medicine & Proteine

Many studies have shown that having mushrooms in your diet can benefit the body and mind. Some mushrooms you can grow with this course, like Shiitake contain about 10%  protein and can be used as a healthy meat replacement. Studies have also found that some mushrooms can help improve conginition, immunity, mood and energy reserves. Universities around the have have researched and acknowledge the fact that mushrooms are supporting immune systems, can help fight cancer and can play an important role against viral or bacterial diseases.  We highly encourage everyone to do their own research into the medicinal benefits of the various types of mushrooms.

Focus on the grower and the proces

Our course is totally focussed on the grower and their process. No long intro’s with a lot of talking but dive directly into how to take action and start the grow process. Therefore you have total focuss and control on your own steps. You can plan and time your lessons when ever you want. The timing of the steps therefore fit your speed of growing.
Extra

Soil regenration

The root network of all mushrooms is called Mycelium. It plays a huge role in ecosystems around the world. Research has shown how it works like nature’s communication network, connecting all plant life underground. It allows nutrient exchange between trees and plants. It forms essential symbiotic relationships between plants and animals. In Nature, the mycelium breaks down dead plant material and turns it into new, enhanced soil. It has the capability of extracting water out of the wood they consume. They provide the nutrients for the new generation of plants and trees to grow and repeat the cycle. Research has shown that Oyster mushroom mycelium is capable of breaking down oil contaminated soils and waters. The mycelium makes healthy soils. Once you’ve completed the course and grew mushrooms succesfully, it is possible to ‘recycle’ used mycelium and give it back to nature.

What wil you learn

The lesson list

We will go over the terms and items we frequently use throughout the course and highlight some of the most essential information. This includes: Hygiene, making a ”semi-sterile workspace” and pressure cooking. We will explain in detail how to use them and why they are so important.
In this lesson we will get started on the actual steps of the growing process. We will explain how to prepare grain jars for the mycelium and teach you about the first steps of the mushroom life cycle.
In this lesson we introduce the root network of the mushroom into the prepared grain jars. This mycelium will start to consume the grain we prepared, before it can produce mushrooms.
In this lesson, we explain you how to grow mushrooms out of the mycelium. We will go over the two main techniques for cultivation of ”meadow mushrooms” and ”wood loving” mushrooms. The wood loving mushrooms will be grown on sawdust in grow bags. The meadow mushrooms will be grown in cocos bricks (coco coir) in modified plastic tubs.
In this lesson we will teach you how to make spore prints, liquid mycelium and other techniques to expand and multiply your mycelium. The knowledge we provide in this lesson, will enable you to continue to grow endlessly!
This lesson we will give you detailed information about how you can clone store bought or wild mushrooms. This technique can be used to isolate genetics of a specific mushroom so you can continue to grow the exact same mushroom!

The whole mycology course can take up to 2 months of passive time. Expect to be working on it for about 2-4 hours a week. Cubensis, Maiitake, Button mushrooms, pioppino and the chestnut mushroom just to name a few. It’s up to you to decide which species you want to cultivate. We will go over specific fruiting requirements for a few types of mushrooms. This is a general course to teach you all the basics, how to start, clone specimins and how to continue your crop. for convenience we separated indoor growing courses and outdoor growing courses, depending on your situation, you can choose from various methods that suit you best!
That all depends on how much work you are willing to put into this skill. You can choose for a small, low maintenance personal grow that will give you a few nice meals or dosages of your natural medicine. Or you can work towards a large scale outdoor production that can feed a few families with organically grown mushrooms all year round for years to come.
If you follow all the steps correctly, yes most likely. But as we state numerous times throughout the courses, It is all depending on how clean you work. For example, if you do your lab work in a dirty kitchen, chances are very high your grow will get contaminated. Follow the steps, Do NOT cut any corners, stick to the proven techniques and you will be successful!
Mushrooms are amazing and multifunctional. We highly recommend everyone to do their own research into the medical benefits, We do not give medical advice. However, many recent studies show the health benefits of various types of mushrooms. Besides the medical aspects they are great source of protein and an excellent meat replacement.
