Lions mane has been subject to research in universities all over the world and can be called the the medicinal wonder.

Benefits

This interesting looking mushroom has been known and used for thousands of years, both medicinal and culinary in asian cultures. Right now this species is being studied by universities around the world for its medicinal values. One study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry lists the benefits by stating lion’s mane mushroom is “antibiotic, anticarcinogenic, anti-senescence [anti-aging], improves anxiety, cognitive function, and depression.” We highly encourage everyone to do their own research into the medical benefits of these special mushrooms.

How to grow

In our course we will show you how to make Lions mane mycelium and provide all the techniques for cultivating Lions mane on supplemented hard wood in bags. Lions mane is a mushroom that naturally grows in late summer, early fall on decaying hard wood trees at a temperature of 18-22 degrees and likes humidity of about 80%.It is a fast-growing mushroom. From beginning to harvest takes about 6-9 weeks. We will explain how to replicate the perfect conditions so you can have access to this beautiful mushroom at home, all year round!
